Speaker Bios:

*Pastor Tim Sumner for 16 years has traveled extensively as a missionary evangelist. In 2003, God called him to Fresno, CA where they would become the founding pastors of Joshua Campaign International Worship Center. He and his wife would start the church with a God-given vision to raise up a gospel army that would result in strong families and lead men, women, boys, and girls into their God-given destinies. JCIWC is a center of influence that is passionate about community outreach where people's lives can be restored and rooted in faith and truth. Pastors Tim and Kathy’s heart is to help establish the Kingdom of God anywhere that God sends them.

*Evangelist Jay Boyd, 28 was inspired and influenced for leadership by the numerous educators, entrepreneurs, and ministry leaders who surrounded him as a

youth. He gave his life to the Lord at the age of 13 and immediately accepted a call to the ministry of preaching. He has spent much of his life traveling and speaking in revivals, conferences, and Sunday morning worship services all throughout the Southeastern United States. He attended Heritage Bible College where he graduated with honors in 2017 with a Bachelor of Religious Education in Pastoral Ministry. From July 2018 – June 2022 he served as the Director of Family and Community Engagement for Haywood County Schools in Brownsville, TN. Jay is currently a member of the All Nations Church of God located in Jackson and Bolivar TN where he serves faithfully on the local church leadership team, delivering the Sunday morning message every Second and Fourth Sunday. He is also a certified church consultant, and in this capacity, he has helped train many ministers throughout the US & Europe for excellence in ministry. Most recently he has been invited to Instruct courses as well as assist in expanding the vision of the accredited Adullam Bible College (Gainesville, FL) as well as the International School of the Word (Cleveland, TN). Jay Boyd is the Founder and President of R.I.S.E., an international evangelistic outreach ministry that delivers ministry programs and opportunities that effectively address the spiritual, social, educational, physical, and economic needs of the community. The vision of R.I.S.E. is to have transformed communities that reflect the values of the Kingdom of God. R.I.S.E. stands for Reach, Inspire, Serve, and Equip. Jay’s heart is for the message of the Kingdom of God, which indeed is a message of faith, to be taught in every region. He believes that we as believers are equipped and empowered by the Holy Spirit to lead change in every sphere of influence. Through biblical practice, we should display Bible power and train up the Kingdom culture wherever God plants us.

*Pastor Ed Forsythe in the highlight of his drug dealing years had an experience he will never forget. Two of his friends used a  Satanic ritual on him, gasping for breath, and turning green he almost died. He called upon Jesus Christ in desperation, the 2 individuals jumped back from him about 5 yards. That day his life was changing forever. He went to Bible College and has done ministry ever since. Pastor Ed Forysthe is now serving as the Senior Pastor of Bethel Church Sanger. He is a business owner of Discount Fireworks Superstore for over 35years which has helped many churches and ministries fundraise.

*Pastor William Nicolay was called into full-time ministry in 2000. He has worked as a Youth Pastors, and Bookkeepers, served in the Homeless Ministry, Ministry to Senior Citizens, Children’s Ministry, and evangelism. We have been on numerous mission trips in the Caribbean and Mexico, Teen Challenge Volunteers, and now we are the Senior Pastors of New Beginnings Christian Center in Dinuba, California. In addition to this, my wife is the Executive Director and Founder of Dawnings Pregnancy Resource Center just a few doors down from the church. He works with her as the Men’s Program Director.
